How do you choose the right Agent to sell your home?

Here are a few questions you should ask before you sign a listing agreement.

"What makes you qualified to sell my house?"

Ted has represented Buyers and Sellers for 20 years. "What it your Company's policy regarding Dual Agency?"

RE/MAX Advantage believes that Dual Agency does not protect the buyer or seller. Ted does not participate in dual agency.

6. Feature property on Tedrichard.com, Realtor.com and other internet sites, with virtual tour and digital photos. and broadcast information to all potential buyers.
7. Email and Fax listing information to all real estate offices in market area.
8. Mail postcard with a photo of your home to your neighbors with "Just Listed" information.
9. Phone all potential buyers with details of the listing.
10. Hold agent open house.
11. Hold public open house
12. Prequalify all potential buyers
